I have held senior leadership roles across multiple companies and worked closely with boards and investors as organizations scale, raise capital, and evolve.
Much of my career has been spent in the high-growth ecosystem, advising and leading across:
Company formation through disciplined scale and pre-IPO readiness
Founder-led and investor-backed environments, including private equity

For nearly a decade, I have also served on and advised boards across organizations and geographies.
As a director, I have chaired and served on committees, contributed to governance oversight, and participated in decisions shaping strategy, capital allocation, leadership, and enterprise risk.
I understand what it means to carry decision responsibility in environments defined by incomplete information, competing priorities, and real consequences.

I have led teams in North America and APAC and built, operated, and scaled organizations across North America, APAC, and EMEA within complex, cross-border environments. I grew up internationally and speak five languages.
